International projects

International projects are an opportunity for SRC Bistra to participate in various activities across Europe and the world. International projects coordinated within the institution are oriented towards the promotion of solidarity and awareness of the global co-dependence and social exclusiveness, interregional cooperation, tourism, environment preservation, preservation of cultural heritage and cooperation. Through them we support exchange and cooperation between organizations, institutions and entities within the European region.

	Craftattract Old Crafts – New Attractions (Tradicionalne obrti – nove atrakcije za kulturni turizem) » Designed for the creation of synergy between traditional crafts, skills and intangible cultural heritage and tourism resulting in the formation of new attractions on the border area. 	Manufacturing of clay products from the cultural heritage of Ptuj » Designed for the establishment of a social enterprise for people with limited work capabilities (from the OZARA organization) and erection of the infrastructure needed for the production of clay products, education of the participants of the project and formation of trade routes for the sale of the products. Duration: january 2004 - january 2005 Value of the project: 254.687,00 €
	I2 net Interregional Internationalisation Network » Designed for networking of small and medium sized enterprises from the neighbouring regions of Poland, Hungary, Germany, Austria and Slovenia and identification of new commercial and developmental opportunities related with this field. Duration: january 2004 - january 2006 Value of the project: 1.270.000,00 €
	INDU.PIK Models of revitalization of industrial cultural heritage objects » Designed for architecturally preservational and ethnologically museological analyses of industrial objects and their integrated program revitalization required for the development of activities from the field of culture and art. Duration: january 2006 - december 2006 Value of the project: 92.100,00 €
	TRUD Sustainable management of the Drava river area » The project was designed for long-term preservation of species and habitat types on the area Natura 2000 along the Drava river as well as to improve the level of awareness and preparation of all parties for the attainment of a harmonised and sustainable development of the area.
