International projects

International projects are an opportunity for SRC Bistra to participate in various activities across Europe and the world. International projects coordinated within the institution are oriented towards the promotion of solidarity and awareness of the global co-dependence and social exclusiveness, interregional cooperation, tourism, environment preservation, preservation of cultural heritage and cooperation. Through them we support exchange and cooperation between organizations, institutions and entities within the European region.

	MED-IPPC-NET » The MED-IPPC-NET project, “Network for strengthening and improving the implementation of the IPPC European Directives regarding the Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control in the Mediterranean”. Duration: may 2009 - september 2011 Value of the project: 1.530.000,00 €
	Local Energetic Agency Ptuj - LEA » Designed for the implementation of projects and activities related to energy saving and its rational use, increase of the initiation and use of renewable energy sources, usage and rational exploitation of local energy sources for public administration, households and enterprises. Duration: january 2007 - december 2007 Value of the project: 200.000,00 €
	Sm@rt Region » Designed to intensify the cooperation between the planners of regional development and their work environment in the targeted regions and spatial integration of the region in which the project is implemented. Duration: october 2006 - march 2008 Value of the project: 1.050.000,00 €
	EkoPlan » The general goal of the project is to improve the condition of the environment in the area where the project is implemented and to establish a cross-border partnership for the solving of environmental problems. Specific goals of the project are directed towards common cross-border infrastructure planning related to waste management for an area of approx. 900.000 inhabitants. Duration: october 2005 - july 2008 Value of the project: 170.821,98 €
	Stronger Together » The aim of the project is to establish a stronger economic and social cohesion within the region through increasing business dynamics and cooperation between commercial regional support institutions. The specific aim of the project is strengthening cross-border commercial activities based on the cooperation of cross-border business opportunities. Duration: june 2005 - march 2008 Value of the project: 104.740,00 €
