Founders
The Scientific Research Centre BISTRA Ptuj (SRC Bistra Ptuj) is the first officially registered interdisciplinary research institution in Slovenia.
It evolved fro the Bureau for Strategic Technological Developemnt (short BISTRA) founded by the former municipality of Ptuj in cooperation with the Scientific Research Centre (SRC) SAZU in 1994 with the purpose of development planning and management of the municipality and upcoming provinces.
